Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchange

We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may opt for a return instead.

Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup in select locations.

In cases where reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to ship the product to us.
Shipping instructions will be shared by our team.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
